• Dinner of the highest quality ‘bathed’ by 3 wines of exceptional excellence. One example of the journey with wine and food we propose could be: Tuscan cured ham, bruschetta and Pecorino DOP combined with some bubbles from an excellent Prosecco DOC Extra Dry. Two first courses such as home made Pici pasta with Beppino Occelli butter and pepper corns and Risotto cooked in Gallo Nero Chianti combined with the delicacy and equilibrium of a true ‘Chianti Classico’. The second course would propose the famous Tagliata beef steak served on a bed of sautéed vegetables and accompanied by the renowned and structured Supertuscany, a true passion for demanding pallets. To finish a sweet and gluttonous dessert accompanied by the soft and intense aromas of our “Vin Santo” aged in oak casks.
